About us

Jones Chase is a fast-growing and innovative employment law firm established in 2014.  We are known for being obsessed with our clients. We listen, we provide options and ensure the right outcome.  We have had a successful result in over 99.5% of our cases since inception. Our clients receive an outstanding level of service and value for money while our lawyers enjoy high quality work, genuine flexible working, 40 days holiday allowance and an environment that keeps the team engaged and fulfilled.

If you’re an experienced employment lawyer who’s equally client obsessed, and you’d like to break free of the usual constraints of a city firm without losing the benefits, then join our friendly team of like-minded individuals who do outstanding work, while enjoying the right mix of work/life balance.

Jones Chase’s lawyers are either consultants or employees, and everyone has the freedom to work from our modern WeWork serviced office in Chancery Lane, or from home.  Our team benefit from extremely competitive financials and we provide excellent paralegal support in addition to compliance, invoicing and marketing assistance.

Results from our staff survey

We are very proud of the culture that we have developed.

At Jones Chase we believe that you can change your career and have a better life.

In a staff survey we asked the team “Why have you chosen to work for Jones Chase?”.  Here are some of the answers:-

  • “Firstly, the people –  the team is fantastic. The culture is nothing like a city firm, everyone’s entrepreneurial and has something to contribute, but we produce the standard of work and have a client-base like at any other city firm.  Everyone’s comfortable with each other, it’s a supportive and happy team.
  • The people at JC are quite lovely.  It’s a new way of working in a law firm.  We are supportive, we all have responsibilities that we take seriously but still have fun.  It’s a personal approach, a human approach – not always found in law firms.”
  • “It’s a genuinely nice group of people, genuinely supportive and they do their best for their clients.  No egos or competitiveness. Also they have fun.”
  • “Because of the people, great personalities.  It’s refreshingly open. I really value the flexibility.  I don’t miss the presenteeism culture in some firms, it’s not a productive way to work.”
  • “The team are all similarly kind and friendly.  They really make an effort with people, both internally as a team and externally.  They seem to really care about doing the right thing. They are also doing things differently to most law firms and recognise the value of working flexibly.”
  • “I like coming to work here each day.”
