While I was at university, I worked as a paralegal for a firm in its litigation department. I loved the fast-paced nature of the work and the great feeling I had when I got a positive outcome for a client. As an employment lawyer I have not been disappointed with my career choice. Every day is different, I am regularly challenged by the constant changes in employment legislation and I get enormous satisfaction from helping individuals and businesses solve issues in the workplace

I was inspired at the start of my legal career to specialise in employment law when I helped a young woman succeed in a sex discrimination and harassment claim.
